STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 3
Project: UNIVERSITY PARK PH 2 (FP-REPLAT) - 05-00500028
ENGINEERING
1. Regarding the Atmos Easement, please clarify "Release Records — S & E No. 2".
2. The western boundary of the plat still shows a gap between the utility easement and
the property line, please clarify intent. The voids needing a PUE are in the vicinity of
southern and northern bounds of the adjacent Lot 8, Block E.
3. All PUEs proposed for removal must be formally abandoned prior to the approval of
the replat by the Planning and Zoning Commission. No such applications have been
received for the abandonments.
