The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, , 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. $100 processing fee for the next round of three (3) staff reviews; Two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat; Ten (10) 11 "x17" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original with the appropriate signatures. Regarding the Atmos Easement, please clarify "Release Records — S & E No. 2". 2. The western boundary of the plat still shows a gap between the utility easement and the property line, please clarify intent. The voids needing a PUE are in the vicinity of southern and northern bounds of the adjacent Lot 8, Block E. 3. All PUEs proposed for removal must be formally abandoned prior to the approval of the replat by the Planning and Zoning Commission. No such applications have been received for the abandonments. All PUEs proposed for removal must be formally abandoned prior to the approval of the replat by the Planning and Zoning Commission or may be reflected on the replat and abandoned with the City of College Station's easement abandonment process at a future date. 4.
