1. Graham Corner Plaza - I need to know where they are proposing
access.
2. No comment.
3. Rock Prairie Plaza - I met on this tract a long time ago with Kling
and the City of CS. My comments may not be the same now as then, but
here are my comments now. The exit ramp will be gone in the next 2 to 3
years. The drive spacing is okay, but the corner clearance is not. The
north drive needs to move back to about 500' from the corner. That will
now make the southerly drive to close to the northerly drive. I would
probably allow the north drive 400' from corner (with it closed until
the ramp is removed) and a second drive about another 400' south.
4. Peach Creek Crossing - No comment.
5. Buchanan Estates - No comment.
6. Post Oak Forest - No comment.
