Sec. 552. CBRE, is conducting an Environmental Phase I and Property Condition Site Assessments for the above referenced property, on behalf of a client. As part of the Due Diligence, I request that a copy of the following documents or documents containing the following information be provided: 1. Any records for the installation and/or removal or underground storage tanks, hazardous materials spills, incidents of fires, leaks, or other similar circumstances that could be of environmental concern. 2. Any records of current or prior usage of the Property for industrial, manufacturing, photo -developing, service stations, printing or dry cleaning operations. 3. Records of any outstanding fire code violations. 4. A copy of the Certificates of Occupancy for the shell building and tenant spaces. 5. Current zoning designation, compliance and records of any outstanding zoning code violations. 6. Records of special sewer permits or sewer discharge violations. 8.
