Lana,
We do not have any records of work being done in that space since early 2000. Since this is older than our records allow,
we will not have an asbestos survey on file for that particular remodel.
I would suggest contacting Deal Enterprises to see if they still have the survey on record.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Could you please check to see if you have an asbestos survey on file for 2218 Texas Avenue South?
I think a whole building survey was done in 2006 by Deal Enterprises, Al Mayo.
Thank You

Hi Lana,
I had Ben look over the Asbestos Survey you faxed over this morning, he said everything looks good. We
can hold onto this copy, but you may want to also include another copy when you submit the plans for
review to our office, just in case.

Dear Mr. Ball:
Lake Jacksom, TX 77566
I am pleased to submit this asbestos inspection report for the lease spaces in the Brazos
Square shopping center at 2200-2232 Texas Avenue South in College Station, Texas_ I
inspected most of the spaces on January 3, 2007. 1 returned on Janu , 12 to finish the
remaining spaces that were locked and unaccessible on the first visit. Additionally, due
to a problem with the regulatory investigator concerning the carpet mastic, samples were
also added to the inspection. All. of the samples were analyzed by a licensed asbestos
laboratory, and copies of all of the analyses are attached. Asbestos was found in the
following locations/materials:
2230 Verizon brown floor file & mastic in rear storage
2228 Texas Jewelry/Loan mastic under gray floor the main room
mastic wider white floor the rear area
2220 Once Upon Child mastic under beige floor tile storage
All other spaces had no asbestos. Obviously, no asbestos was found in any of the carpet
mastic samples. 1 would not recommend removal of any of these nonfriable materials;
simply, maintain them in their current condition. If they are ever removed, you will need
a licensed asbestos contractor, and you may also need a licensed consultant. Please
contact tare if you ever need to do that. If you have any questions, or need further
information, please let me know. 'Thank you.
Respectfully,
