Correct vicinity map to show additional parcel fronting Gandy Road. 2. Floodplain concerns are currently being reviewed by our legal staff. Pending the outcome of their investigation, a floodplain study may be necessary prior to approval of the final plats. 3. Please consider aright-of--way reserve to extend a stub of Cheneau Lane to the east subdivision line to allow a future extension through the David Borsack tract to the Marion Pugh Extension. As Marion Pugh is a collector roadway and a more direct route to the north and FM 2818, it makes sense for a residential street from this subdivision to access Marion Pugh. Please understand that this is a comment/request and not a requirement since connection to Marion Pugh is not on the City's Thoroughfare Reviewed by: Jeff Tondre Date: 17-May-00
