The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Tuesday, April 25, 2000, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 4, 2000, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature. The construction documents for this phase have been reviewed and are available for pick-up in our office. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 764-3570. Front sheet-- Index -- FREDERICK should be FREDRICK. 2. Final Plat Phase 16--Back of lots between Blk. 12 & Blk. 13--add note-- 20' P.U.E. 3. Sheet 7--Neuburg Court--East side--Note 5' P.U.E. should read 10' P.U.E. West side--Pro. 6" wl arrow points to property line. 4. Sheet 14--Inset "B" -- 8"x 6" Tee--should be 8"x8" Tee 5. Sheet S-1--Cast in place Sloped Headwall Detail--add detail for double pipes.(two 24" RCP at Hannover /Wellborn Rd. Engineer's Estimate Paving: 1.Please add quanties etc. for concrete pavement at junction of Neuburg Court and Sophia Lane. (approx. 600 S.Y.) Page Exhibit D-2--does not show Bypass "2". Development Permit 1. TXDOT Permits are required for the culvert/driveway installation at Hannover Street intersection with Wellborn Road as well as the ditch regrading and concrete flume downstream of the detention pond. 2.
