Frontage: The shopping center has approximately 780 feet of frontage
along Texas Avenue and 360 feet of frontage along
Dominik Drive.
Access: The shopping center has several access points:
=> Two onto Texas Avenue
=> Two onto Harvey Road
=> One onto Dominik

Vegetation: Relatively flat topography with commercial landscape
