The Rack Warehouse requests permission to change one third of the club into a
private party room with a disk jockey and a dance floor. No live music will be played in
this room or any of the three rooms in the warehouse. We will meet all sound
requirements for the city of College Station. I have met with Ava Williams, the property
manager of Oak Forest Mobile Home Park, who has agreed to this new expansion. If
there are any more requirements that I must meet, please let me know as soon as possible.
