We would like to request the extension of our driveways to 27'

This addition will only help with the safety and well-being of our residences. The driveways will be longer allowing
for more parking spaces off of the street.

character of the uses in the immediate vicinity because of the following:
The only land affected by this adjustment is that of the owner.
4. The granting of the adjustment will be consistent with the purpose and intent of the Unified Development Ordinance
because of the following:
Allowing for more on-site parking and off-street parking will eliminate city street congestion. We believe
addition will create a safer driving and living experience for our residences and guests.
