ACRES) BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS

BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 1, Block 6-7, being S48°44'01"E, a

4) N47°29'09"W, a distance of 123.55 feet to a point;
5) N41°15'59"E, a distance of 0.49 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 1,608

PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
