Please keep in mind that staff's responsibility is to provide the Planning & Zoning Commission with all pertinent facts of a development case, but that staff is not acting as an advocate for the applicants. Therefore, it is in the applicant's best interest to send a representative to the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting to speak on behalf of the proposal. This item is scheduled for the March 6, 2003 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting. This meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers., 1 101 Texas Avenue. WOLF PEN CREEK DESIGN REVIEW BOARD STAFF REPORT Project Manager: Jennifer Reeves Date: 02-13-03 E-mail: jreeves@ci.college-station.tx.us For BODY SCIENCE (SNFC) (03-00500043) All proposals involving site development or redevelopment in the Wolf Pen Creek Corridor District shall require a review subcommittee of the Wolf Pen Creek Design Review Board(DRB): Item: Discussion and possible action on a ratification of a Sign/Facade change for Body Science, located at 1935 Texas Avenue, in the Wolf Pen Creek Development Corridor. (03-43) Zoning District: (WPC) Wolf Pen Creek Development Corridor Applicant: Wakefield Signs Item Summary: The owner has installed an attached sign to the front facade of the building located at 1935 Texas Avenue prior to the Wolf Pen Creek Design Review Board and the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval. The owner requests permission from the Design Review Board to maintain the signage that has been attached. Issues/Items for Review: 1.
