The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, March 10, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, air 23, 2003, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. ik(°vv-3 $100 fee for a variance to the Subdivision Regulations; Two (2) copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission Agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Variance request and fee are required to Ordinance Chapter 9, Section 18 for lot frontages in older residential subdivisions. 2. Suggest designating resulting parcels as 'lots' instead of 'tracts' to preclude assumption of more intense subdivision in future. 3. Please include utility easement dedication to extend use of existing easement on existing Lot C, Block A across 20' section of new Tract 1B to new Tract 1A. 4. Please include note describing to whom the private utility easement(s) are being granted. 5. Please verify that no private access easement is desired on Tract 1A for the benefit of Tract 1B. 6. Developer installs pull boxes as per city specs and design.(pull boxes provided by the city. 5.
