STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: POST OAK FOREST, PHASE ONE (FP) - 03-00500090
ENGINEERING
1. Because you are not dedicating any new public utility easements and only adjusting
lot lines, this plat can be an Amending Plat, that is approved at staff level. Remove
"Approval of Planning and Zoning Commission" certification.
2. The plat you turned in showing the "Existing Conditions" can be used as the survey
of the property. Amending Plat format shows how the property was originally platted
(only what was on original plat) with any instruments to date, and the Amending Plat.
Change the "Existing Conditions" to "Original Plat"
