STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 2
Project: THE GROVE - 03-00500062
PLANNING
1. Parking screening must be a minimum of 3 feet in height from any view of
any public right-of-way. The berm on the western property line is only 30"
high at its highest point. This will have to be a minimum of 36" and will need
shrubs added to it to sufficiently screen the parking from all views.
