Subject: David Scarmardo's Gateway Development-Creek Crossing
Spencer,
I would like to submit construction plans for the access drive that will cross the Tributary to Burton Creek
tomorrow. These plans are in accordance with the Morrison CLOMR and will incorporate the drainage
structure described in the Morrison CLOMR. Also, the plans include the extension of an 8"waterline &
electrical conduit. The purpose of this access drive and utilities will be to serve Gateway Phase 4. In an
effort to get the review off to a smooth start, I wanted to make sure we submit all necessary information,
applications &fees. We will not be platting phase 4 immediately, therefore the roadway and utilities will
be in easements dedicated by separate instrument (to be turned in at a later date). Attached to this
email is a copy of the overall site for Gateway Phases 2-3 &the creek crossing for reference.
The following is a list of items I am proposing to submit tomorrow:
1. Construction plans for the roadway, culvert, &waterline
2. Development Permit Application
3. $200.00 Development Permit Fee
4. $600.00 Public Infrastructure Plan Review & Inspection Fee (waterline)
Please review and advise if additional items need to be submitted at this time.
Thank You,
Fred Paine
