These plans are in accordance with the Morrison CLOMR and will incorporate the drainage structure described in the Morrison CLOMR. Also, the plans include the extension of an 8"waterline & electrical conduit. The purpose of this access drive and utilities will be to serve Gateway Phase 4. In an effort to get the review off to a smooth start, I wanted to make sure we submit all necessary information, applications &fees. We will not be platting phase 4 immediately, therefore the roadway and utilities will be in easements dedicated by separate instrument (to be turned in at a later date). Attached to this email is a copy of the overall site for Gateway Phases 2-3 &the creek crossing for reference. The following is a list of items I am proposing to submit tomorrow: 1. Construction plans for the roadway, culvert, &waterline 2. Development Permit Application 3. $200.00 Development Permit Fee 4. $600.00 Public Infrastructure Plan Review & Inspection Fee (waterline) Please review and advise if additional items need to be submitted at this time. Thank You, Fred Paine KLING ENGINEERING & SURVEYING Consulting Engineers • Land Surveyors 4101 Texas Avenue, Suite A Bryan, Texas 77802 Telephone 979/846-6212 Fax 979/846-8252 C /AL_ St...)13M 7 / gio-[ 5 u/Li & b r"J 1Ps 7 r` e:,-).1114 7/16/2004
