Subject: HEB Grading Plan
I have reviewed the grading plan and talked to Electric. We do not advise approval of regrading either on
CoCS property or in the PUE.
We have concerns about structural stability of the tank and re-installation of lighting if the property around
the tank is regraded.
Within the PUE there is an electric line 10' from the western property line that will be upgraded in the near
future. Electric has requested that grading work not be any closer than 10'to the poles, therefore, 20' of
the easement is currently not available for grading. W/WW plans on installing a water line in the PUE. A
steep grade would make the installation of the water line difficult and costly.
An alternative to the proposed grading would be a two-tiered retaining wall. We cannot approve the plan
as submitted, though.
Thank you,
