The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review and approval of the plans: Two (2) sets of revised construction documents. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Brett McCully or myself at 764.3570. Attachments: Staff Review Comments Residential Driveway Access Location & Design Policy Cc: Case file no. 03-51 Home of Texas A&M University 513 A-B COONER (MISC) - (03-00500051) ENGINEERING REVIEW COMMENTS No. 1 1. Proposed drive exceeds the 28' maximum allowed width of residential driveways. The parking area may exceed 28' on private property only with an appropriate transition section. 2. Parking area must be at least 20 feet deep as measured from the right of way line to the edge of the private walk nearest the street. 3. Parking area must not be within 8 feet of front of structure. 4. Due to the condition of Cooner Street, a standard drive approach will not be required, however rock base, gravel or other suitable all weather surfacing is required between parking area and street asphalt. Reviewed by: BRETT A MCCULLY Date: 2/21/03 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City of College Station will constitute a completely new review. The following page' is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review, approval, and issuance of the development permit: One (1) copy of the NOI; and One (1) copy of the Engineer's Estimate. Your drainage report has been approved and can be picked up in Development Services. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Carol Cotter or myself at 764.3570.
