STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: WEST UNIVERSITY ADDITION (PP) - 03-00500063
ENGINEERING
1. The metes and bounds of the southern notch in the property do not match a recently
filed plat of that 1.5-acre lot. What is your basis? Do you have an offset?
2. The southern adjacent property (notch) is platted as Lot 1 of Gold Subdivision.
Indicate this on plat and show volume and page number.
3. Minimum lot width is 100 feet. Lot 2 does not meet this requirement.
4. Please indicate whether easements are existing or proposed. Existing easements
need a volume and page number.
5. Only a 10' easement is required along the boundary of the adjacent 1.5-acre
southern corner property. (Lots 1, 2, and 4). The 1.5-acre property is already platted
with its required easements.
6. The PUE between Lots 1 and 2 is not called out correctly. Please adjust leaders.
7. It looks like you are calling out a 20-inch easement. Change 20" PUE to 20' PUE.
