A Wolf Pen Creek Design Review Board meeting was held on Thursday,March 6, 2003 to

zoning line runs through the middle of Jot 59 Cleaners and with the rezonings that have
happened over time, there is a small area that remains zoned WPC Development Corridor.
DRB Member McLean made the motion to recommend the Planning and Zoning Commission
initiate a rezoning from WPC to C-1 General Commercial. DRB Member Kelby seconded and
the motion passed (6-0). Development Review Manager Ruiz stated that the recommendation
would be brought before the Planning and Zoning Commission where staff will get direction
from the Commission before going through the notification process.
