Development Permit
The following items must be addressed prior to issuance of a permit to begin site work.
Construction plans for the Gateway Subdivision must be complete and
submitted for review. (These off-site improvements include the boulevard
section opposite Glenahven Drive, the alley section that runs parallel to
University Drive, associated drainage improvements and the traffic signal.)
Building Permit
The following items must be addressed prior to issuance of a building permit.
Construction plans for the Gateway Subdivision must be approved by the City
of College Station and the Texas Department of Transportation.
The Texas Roadhouse construction and site plans must be approved by the City
of College Station.
*** Once the above items are complete, a building permit will be issued with the
condition that combustibles may not be brought on site until an all weather surface is
installed for emergency vehicle access and the fire hydrant is installed and operable.
Certificate of Occupancy
The following items must be completed prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupacy.
All on-site construction completed per the approved Texas Roadhouse plans.
The off-site improvements shown on the Gateway Subdivision plans must be
completed and accepted by the City. The boulevard section opposite Glenhaven
Drive will not be allowed to open until the traffic signal is operational.
