Texas, and defined by metes and bounds
description as given in volume 200, page 521, of
the Brazos County Deed Records:
I give my permission for Tony Jones to act as my
agent solely in regard to the rezoning and platting
of this said property, provided that: (i) I shall be
provided a copy
of all written materials prior to
submission by Tony Jones, and (ii) I retain the
right to revoke this permission at any time at no
cost to me.
