Sherry was kind enough not to tell me that I neglected to include the referenced attachments. ( I hate it when I do that).
FOlAs are attached this time. Really!
The property was built in 2007 according to my records. It also appears in good condition.
If you have any open records of material violations that have not been resolved, I'd be pleased to know of them. We are
trying to learn of any that threaten the occupancy, life safety or might have material costs (thousands of dollars)to
resolve.
Previous violations that have been corrected/closed or which are of a minor nature are not needed.

I believe it's all conforming.
The only odd thing with it is that the sign is much larger/closer to the ROW (?) than would normally be
allowed because they got a variance.
