(ALL CITY ORDINANCES MUST BE MET)
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Refer to UDO Section 5.6. Design Districts, B. Northgate Districts (NG)

x❑ Name, address, and telephone number of developer/owner (if differs from applicant)
