Several easements were needed in combination with this plat. A 20 -ft PUE, a 10 -ft PUE and a Temporary Roadway Easement. When the easements were sent to the City, no dedication sheet or documentation accompanied the easements. In order for the City to file the easements at this time we would need the following (from Easement Dedication Sheet attached): LEGAL DEPARTMENT MUST BE PROVIDED WITH THE FOLLOWING: (Please check items that are attached) 1. A copy of a recent (within 90 days) deed or title insurance policy showing the names of the grantors /owners; and 2. For unplatted property, a signed, sealed and dated metes and bounds description and a diagram of the property showing the location of the easement; or 3. For platted property, a copy of the plat showing the lot, block, subdivision, and recording information. 4. For blanket easements, a signed, sealed and dated metes and bounds description and a diagram of the property. 5. Corporate or partnership owners must furnish a copy of a corporate resolution or other proof of authority to sign on behalf of the corporation, partnership, or joint venture. 6. Name, address and phone number of person who is to receive the easement and be responsible for getting it executed: Number 2 and 6 are complete. Number 3 does not apply since these easements are outside the bounds of the plat. It appears we do not have the mylar sheet of the Final Plat in our possession. Would it be possible for the surveyor or the Wallace Group to show these easements on the Final Plat mylar for Pebble Creek 9B, show them outside the bold subdivision boundary and add a note to each: This easement to be dedicated with this plat ". If they can do this, it would save the hassle of having to submit all the required documentation with the separate easements. Please let me know what you think. thx st Spencer G. If you wouldn't mind emailing, or calling me to let me know the status, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not familiar with the steps you have to take, or what the average time frame is, for us to get an answer about how to proceed. I want to make sure you have all of the information you need.
