Staff reviewed the above - mentioned amending plat as requested. The following page
is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please
address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review,
approval, and filing at the Brazos County Clerk's Office:
One (1) revised amending plat.

PLANNING /ENGINEERING
1. Refer to Electrical Comment No. 1. Existing PUE location cannot change unless
electric line is relocated.

ELECTRICAL
1. Electric lines follow the existing easement. Electric will have to be relocated at the
Developer's expense or the PUE shown as per existing plat.
