Subject: Silk stocking
Called and left message for Jay Goss - Jim Allen's attorney. He is out until next Tuesday.
Called and left message on Jim Allen's answering machine that it appeared that he would have to plat
prior to issuance of a building permit (unless they can show us a deed that dates back prior to '71
showing land in its current config.). Also left word that as part of review of Harley prelim. plat, we
determined that this property could be impacted by an east -west collector.
I asked Jim to call me back, but I will be out this afternoon. In the event he calls and can't wait to talk to
me or Sabine on Tues, below are some other notes on this site:
- With final plat they will have to extend sewer to and thru the property. (If they final prior to lot 2, they will
have to extend thru Lot 2 as well.
- Will have to to pay impact fee on water line.
- If he wants to expand building, he'll have to go to ZBA - even if he removes mobile home and sheds
from site.
- If the proposed parking lot improvements do not expand existing parking lot, he will not have to go to
ZBA. If he wants to expand parking lot with he'll have to go to ZBA.
