The following page is a preliminary list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: One (1) complete sets of construction documents for the proposed development with the revised site and landscaping plans attached. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. All required streetscape trees must be located within the first 50 feet of the property line. 2. The minimum shrub size that can earn 10 points is a 5 gallon. All shrubs between 1 -5 gallons receive 1 point. 3. The 'Martha Gonzales Rose' is not an approved plant from the College Station Plant list. It may be used, but points will not be received. 4. Please provide the size of all non - canopy trees in caliper inches for a single trunk. 5. Please show that the transformer is screened from the right -of -way. 6. Please provide a general note that states "100% coverage of ground cover, decorative paving, decorative rock, or a perennial grass is required in parking lot islands, swales and drainage areas, the parking lot setback, rights -of -way, and adjacent property disturbed during construction.
