Required for Site Plans, Final Plats, Construction Plans, Fill / Grading Permits, and Clearing Only Permits:* ^' A. 1, ►V /A certify, as demonstrated in the attached drainage study, that the alterations or development covered by this permit, shall not: (i) increase the Base Flood elevation; (ii) create additional areas of Special Flood Hazard Area; (iii) decrease the conveyance capacity to that part of the Special Flood Hazard Area that is not in the floodway and where the velocity of flow in the Base Flood event is greater than one foot per second.
