Heye III Subject: 1208 Arizona Ms. Hardy, The City partnered with Brazos Valley Community Action Agency (BVCAA) for the construction of 1208 Arizona. BVCAA contracted with Orion Construction to build the home. A builders warranty would have been in place for 12 months following the completion of construction. There would not be a warranty in place at this time. Please give me a call if you have additional questions. I'd also be happy to discuss any issues you are having and see if we can assist in any way. Thank you!
