Subject: Multi - Family Development
I received your request regarding multi - family development. Please know that we are not given a timeline of project
opening dates, only whether or not they are approved /in approval process for development.
If I may also suggest becoming part of the notification for two things we update weekly, just to keep you in the loop. The
New Development list (located http : / /cstx.gov /Index.aspx ?page= 2313), is updated weekly showing all new projects that
have been submitted and approved by our planners. The Building Permit Activity Report (located
http: / /cstx.gov /index.aspx ?page= 3763), is updated showing the permits /permit descriptions issued for the previous
week. Both of these have a place on the page were you can sign up for the "E- Notifier" that will automatically generate
an email to you each time it is updated. Although these won't give bed counts, it can still help with project names and or
addresses when you do have questions for me.
