The following specific alternative to /waiver from the ordinance is requested: An existing 6' high wood and masonry privacy fence as well as doubled landscaping buffer plantings will provide the intended buffer. The parking is 25' -35' from the property line and there are no head -in spaces facing the fence. 2. The unnecessary hardship(s) involved by meeting the provisions of the ordinance other than financial hardship is /are: A buffer wall and doubled landscaping less than 1' from the existing fence creates an area for someone to potentially hide as well as a spot of trash and other debris to build up. We feel the requirement of doubling the Landscape Buffer Points (Planting) along with the existing privacy fence will address the intent of the buffer ordinance. 3. The following alternatives to the requested appeal /waiver are possible: IN ADDITION, FOR ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS IN THE KRENEK TAP OVERLAY DISTRICT, ANSWER THE FOLLOWING AS APPLICABLE (see the Unified Development Ordinance Section 5.8 Overlay Districts for more information): 1.
