GENERAL INFORMATION
Applicant:
Gary Martin

Tenant leasing property from Pizza Pub
(Mr. Gatti's)

Requested Action:
Variance to required number of parking
spaces.
Purpose:
To add 8 inside seats and 12 outdoor
seats to a drive -through liquor store.
Mr. Martin's license is a beer/wine
retailer's permit which allows on -
premise consumption. T.A.B.C. requires
some indoor seating for this permit.
Mr. Martin's application does not
address the indoor seating because he
did not realize that parking is required
even though he will not be encouraging
customers to use these seats. At the
time Mr. Martin turned in his
application I did not know that he had
any indoor seating. It was only after
talking to T.A.B.C. that I found that he
is required to have some indoor seating.
I advised Mr. Martin that he need not
come in and change his application. The
information concerning the indoor
seating was discovered in time for the
legal notices to be correct.
