Align spillway with dispersion structure. 2. Drainage Area 402 is not delineated on any Exhibits. 3. Provide certification regarding downstream impacts. 4. Although the City has reservations about the absence of an offsite drainage easement, we will issue a Development Permit based on your engineering seal and judgment with your certification of no negative impacts utilizing detention, returning to sheet flow, etc. It is recommended that you should monitor the performance of the drainage system and modify if deemed necessary, as any future concerns from downstream properties will need to be addressed privately between design engineer, developer and property owner.
