The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review and filing of the plat and the Brazos County Clerk's Office: Certified Paid Tax Certificates Four (4) 24 "x36" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart(a-cstx.gov If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Lindsay Boyer or Carol Cotter at 979.764.3570. Include Lot 20 in its entirety within the bounds of the plat. 2. Plat does not close. Please verify chord lengths in curve table. 3. Provide paid tax certificates. 4. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review and approval. Two (2) 24 "x36" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original with the appropriate signatures; One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart©cstx.gov.
