INFORMATION IS NOT TO BE RELIED UPON AS BEING EXACT OR COMPLETE. IT IS THE

2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES OR
SERVICE LINES THAT ARE CROSSED OR EXPOSED DURING CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS. WHERE
EXISTING UTILITIES OR SERVICE LINES ARE CUT, BROKEN, OR DAMAGED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
REPAIR OR REPLACE THE UTILITIES OR SERVICE LINE WITH THE SAME TYPE OF MATERIAL AND
CONSTRUCTION OR BETTER; THIS MATERIAL AND WORK SHALL BE AT THE CONTRACT'OR'S OWN
EXPENSE.
3. WRING THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE PROJECT STE IN
AN ORDERLY AND ACCEPTABLE MANNER AS FAR AS PRACTICAL. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN
AND REMOVE FROM THE PROJECT AREA ALL SURPLUS AND DISCARDED MATERIALS, TEMPORARY
STRUCTURES, AND DEBRIS OF ANY KIND AND SHALL LEAVE THE PROJECT SITE IN A NEAT AND
ORDERLY CONDITION. ALL CLEAN UP WILL BE DONE TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER.
4. DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS SHALL INCLUDE ALL WORK CONTAINED
ON THESE PLANS, BUT SHALL NOT BE LIMITED TO THE ITEMS SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED, ANY
MATERIALS TO BE DEMOJSHED OR CLEARED SHALL BE COMPLETELY REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF.
THIS WORK WILL NOT ONLY CONSIST OF ABOVE GROUND ITEMS, BUT UNDERGROUND ELEMENTS AS
WELL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: TREE ROOTS, FOUNDATION SYSTEMS, OLD PIPES. ETC... 114E
CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE ENGINEER OF ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT REQUIRE DEMOLITION,

EAST OF THE SITE, SHALL BE MAINTAINED. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW BUILDING,
LOCATED IN PHASE ONE, THE PROPOSED HYDRANT (SEE SHEET C1.3) SHALL BE INSTALLED AND
ACCEPTED BY COGS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE THE MINIMAL AMOUNT OF PAVEMENT (NO
MORE THAN 2 PARKING SPACES) REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS WORK. ONCE INSTALLED A CLEAR
PATH FROM THE PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANT, TO THE NEW BUILDING, SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL
TIMES;
B. WRING PHASE TWO CONSTRUCTION THE NEW BUILDING SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE BY MEANS
OF AN ALL- WEATHER DRIVE (12' WIDE - MINIMUM) AND A CLEAR PATH TO BOTH THE PROPOSED AND
EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT MAINTAINED;
DURING PHASE ONE. TEMPORARY PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE ADJACENT PARKING LOCATED
ON THE BETHEL BAPTIST CHURCH PROPERTY. THE OWNER SHALL PROVIDE A TEMPORARY SIGN AND
DIRECTIONAL SIGN INDICATING THE EXACT LOCATIONS OF OVERFLOW PARKING. THESE SIGNS SHALL
BE LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCES OF THE PARKING LOT AND IN CONFORMANCE NTH THE UDO
ARTICLE 7.4 (F) Q (K).
PHASE ONF - EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED IN THE AREA DESIGNATED AS PHASE ONE SHALL
BE DEMOLISHED AND THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO PHASE TWO ACTIVITIES.
DURING THIS TIME PROPER EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSTALLED SO THAT RUNOFF IS
DIVERTED FROM THE EXISTING STRUCTURES AND ADJACENT PROPERTIES. UTILITIES SERVING THE
EXISTING RESTAURANT SHALL BE PROTECTED AND MAINTAINED. THE EXISTING PARKING SPACES,
DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE, DRIVE ALLEYS, LOCATED IN PHASE TWO, SHALL REMAIN IN- PLACE.
PHASE TWO - EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED IN AREAS DESIGNATED AS PHASE TWO SHALL BE
DEMOLISHED ONCE IMPROVEMENT'S IN PHASE ONE AREA ARE SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE TIMING OF THIS CONSTRUCTION WITH THE OWNER. EROSION
CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE EXTENDED AND INSTALLED SO THAT RUNOFF IS PROPERLY
CONTROLLED AND FLOODING DOES NOT OCCUR TO DOWNSTREAM STRUCTURES AND ADJACENT
PROPERTY. DURING PHASE TWO CONSTRUCTION, THE NEW RESTAURANT WILL NOT BE OPERABLE
UNTIL A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS ISSUED.
10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING PORTABLE BUILDINGS AND
SMOKERS WITH THE OWNER.
DAMAGED CONTROLS SHALL BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE WORK DAY, INCLUDING
RE- SEEDING AND MULCHING OR RE- SODDING, IF NECESSARY.
3. ALL SEDIMENT TRAPPING DEVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED AS SOON AS PRACTICAL AFTER THE
AREA HAS BEEN DISTURBED. ALL SEDIMENT TRAPPING DEVICES SHALL BE CLEANED WHEN THE
SEDIMENT LEVEL REACHES 25% CAPACITY. SEDIMENT SHALL BE DISPOSED OF BY SPREADING ON
SITE OR HAULING AWAY IF NOT SUITABLE FOR FILL,
4. SEDIMENT FENCE, HAY BALE BARRIERS, OR OTHER SEDIMENT TRAPPING DEVICES SHALL CONTROL
ALL STORM WATER LEAVING THE SITE.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL POST A CONSTRUCTION STE NOTICE, VISIBLE FROM THE PUBLIC
RIGHT -OF -WAY,
6. 714E CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A NOTICE OF INTENT PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT
OF WORK AND A NOTICE OF TERMINATION AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT TO THE TCEO.
7. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING SEDIMENT CONTROL DEVICES AFTER THE SITE
HAS BEEN SEEDED AND /OR SODDED, AND GROUND COVER HAS TAKEN ROOT.
8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL NECESSARY MEASURES TO ENSURE THAT ALL DISTURBED
AREAS ARE STABILIZED. DESIGNATED AREAS SHALL BE BLOCK SODDED, AND ALL OTHER AREAS
DISTURBED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE HYDRO- MULCHED SEEDED. THESE STABILIZED AREAS
SHALL BE SODDED OR SEEDED, FERTILIZED, AND WATERED TO ESTABLISH A SOLID GROUND COVER
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMPLETION, OR IF ACTIVITY CEASES FOR MORE THAN 14 DAYS.
9. EROSION CONTROL MEASURES DESIGNATED AS PHASE TWO' SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED
IMMEDIATELY AFTER CONSTRUCTION OF THEIR ASSOCIATED IMPROVEMENTS.
10. THE CONTRACTOR !SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL
MEASURES AS REQUIRED FOR DIFFERENT PHASES OF CONSTRUCTION. EROSION CONTROL MEASURES
SHOWN MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED TO HANDLE INCREASED OR CONCENTRATED FLOWS CREATED BY
VARIOUS STAGES OF THE CONSTRUCTION.

2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES OR
SERVICE LINES THAT ARE CROSSED OR EXPOSED DURING CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS. WHERE
EXISTING UTILITIES OR SERVICE LINES ARE CUT, BROKEN, OR DAMAGED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
REPAIR OR REPLACE THE UTILITIES OR SERVICE LINE WITH THE SAME TYPE OF MATERIAL AND
CONSTRUCTION OR BETTER; THIS MATERIAL AND WORK SHALL BE AT THE CONTRACT'OR'S OWN
EXPENSE.
3. WRING THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE PROJECT STE IN
AN ORDERLY AND ACCEPTABLE MANNER AS FAR AS PRACTICAL. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN
AND REMOVE FROM THE PROJECT AREA ALL SURPLUS AND DISCARDED MATERIALS, TEMPORARY
STRUCTURES, AND DEBRIS OF ANY KIND AND SHALL LEAVE THE PROJECT SITE IN A NEAT AND
ORDERLY CONDITION. ALL CLEAN UP WILL BE DONE TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER.
4. DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS SHALL INCLUDE ALL WORK CONTAINED
ON THESE PLANS, BUT SHALL NOT BE LIMITED TO THE ITEMS SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED, ANY
MATERIALS TO BE DEMOJSHED OR CLEARED SHALL BE COMPLETELY REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF.
THIS WORK WILL NOT ONLY CONSIST OF ABOVE GROUND ITEMS, BUT UNDERGROUND ELEMENTS AS
WELL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: TREE ROOTS, FOUNDATION SYSTEMS, OLD PIPES. ETC... 114E

EAST OF THE SITE, SHALL BE MAINTAINED. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW BUILDING,
LOCATED IN PHASE ONE, THE PROPOSED HYDRANT (SEE SHEET C1.3) SHALL BE INSTALLED AND
ACCEPTED BY COGS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE THE MINIMAL AMOUNT OF PAVEMENT (NO
MORE THAN 2 PARKING SPACES) REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS WORK. ONCE INSTALLED A CLEAR
PATH FROM THE PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANT, TO THE NEW BUILDING, SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL
TIMES;
B. WRING PHASE TWO CONSTRUCTION THE NEW BUILDING SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE BY MEANS
OF AN ALL- WEATHER DRIVE (12' WIDE - MINIMUM) AND A CLEAR PATH TO BOTH THE PROPOSED AND
EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT MAINTAINED;
DURING PHASE ONE. TEMPORARY PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE ADJACENT PARKING LOCATED
ON THE BETHEL BAPTIST CHURCH PROPERTY. THE OWNER SHALL PROVIDE A TEMPORARY SIGN AND
DIRECTIONAL SIGN INDICATING THE EXACT LOCATIONS OF OVERFLOW PARKING. THESE SIGNS SHALL
BE LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCES OF THE PARKING LOT AND IN CONFORMANCE NTH THE UDO
ARTICLE 7.4 (F) Q (K).
PHASE ONF - EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED IN THE AREA DESIGNATED AS PHASE ONE SHALL
BE DEMOLISHED AND THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO PHASE TWO ACTIVITIES.
DURING THIS TIME PROPER EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSTALLED SO THAT RUNOFF IS
DIVERTED FROM THE EXISTING STRUCTURES AND ADJACENT PROPERTIES. UTILITIES SERVING THE
EXISTING RESTAURANT SHALL BE PROTECTED AND MAINTAINED. THE EXISTING PARKING SPACES,
DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE, DRIVE ALLEYS, LOCATED IN PHASE TWO, SHALL REMAIN IN- PLACE.
PHASE TWO - EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED IN AREAS DESIGNATED AS PHASE TWO SHALL BE
DEMOLISHED ONCE IMPROVEMENT'S IN PHASE ONE AREA ARE SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE TIMING OF THIS CONSTRUCTION WITH THE OWNER. EROSION
CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE EXTENDED AND INSTALLED SO THAT RUNOFF IS PROPERLY
CONTROLLED AND FLOODING DOES NOT OCCUR TO DOWNSTREAM STRUCTURES AND ADJACENT
PROPERTY. DURING PHASE TWO CONSTRUCTION, THE NEW RESTAURANT WILL NOT BE OPERABLE
UNTIL A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS ISSUED.
10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING PORTABLE BUILDINGS AND
SMOKERS WITH THE OWNER.
DAMAGED CONTROLS SHALL BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE WORK DAY, INCLUDING
RE- SEEDING AND MULCHING OR RE- SODDING, IF NECESSARY.
3. ALL SEDIMENT TRAPPING DEVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED AS SOON AS PRACTICAL AFTER THE
AREA HAS BEEN DISTURBED. ALL SEDIMENT TRAPPING DEVICES SHALL BE CLEANED WHEN THE
SEDIMENT LEVEL REACHES 25% CAPACITY. SEDIMENT SHALL BE DISPOSED OF BY SPREADING ON
SITE OR HAULING AWAY IF NOT SUITABLE FOR FILL,
4. SEDIMENT FENCE, HAY BALE BARRIERS, OR OTHER SEDIMENT TRAPPING DEVICES SHALL CONTROL
ALL STORM WATER LEAVING THE SITE.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL POST A CONSTRUCTION STE NOTICE, VISIBLE FROM THE PUBLIC
RIGHT -OF -WAY,
6. 714E CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A NOTICE OF INTENT PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT
OF WORK AND A NOTICE OF TERMINATION AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT TO THE TCEO.
7. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING SEDIMENT CONTROL DEVICES AFTER THE SITE
HAS BEEN SEEDED AND /OR SODDED, AND GROUND COVER HAS TAKEN ROOT.
8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL NECESSARY MEASURES TO ENSURE THAT ALL DISTURBED
AREAS ARE STABILIZED. DESIGNATED AREAS SHALL BE BLOCK SODDED, AND ALL OTHER AREAS
DISTURBED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE HYDRO- MULCHED SEEDED. THESE STABILIZED AREAS
SHALL BE SODDED OR SEEDED, FERTILIZED, AND WATERED TO ESTABLISH A SOLID GROUND COVER
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMPLETION, OR IF ACTIVITY CEASES FOR MORE THAN 14 DAYS.
9. EROSION CONTROL MEASURES DESIGNATED AS PHASE TWO' SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED
IMMEDIATELY AFTER CONSTRUCTION OF THEIR ASSOCIATED IMPROVEMENTS.
10. THE CONTRACTOR !SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL
MEASURES AS REQUIRED FOR DIFFERENT PHASES OF CONSTRUCTION. EROSION CONTROL MEASURES
SHOWN MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED TO HANDLE INCREASED OR CONCENTRATED FLOWS CREATED BY
VARIOUS STAGES OF THE CONSTRUCTION.

PHASE ONF - EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED IN THE AREA DESIGNATED AS PHASE ONE SHALL

DURING THIS TIME PROPER EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSTALLED SO THAT RUNOFF IS

CONTROLLED AND FLOODING DOES NOT OCCUR TO DOWNSTREAM STRUCTURES AND ADJACENT

10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING PORTABLE BUILDINGS AND
SMOKERS WITH THE OWNER.
DAMAGED CONTROLS SHALL BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE WORK DAY, INCLUDING
