We sincerely appreciate your comments. The owners of the property are now fully aware of the concerns you have for future use of the tract. Since the owners currently have no prospective end -user for the property and no intention of developing the property themselves, they have decided not to pursue a change to the College Station Land Use Map or any rezoning of the property at this time. You will be contacted prior to any future land use or zoning change requests. cerely, Kelly E.
