in connection with the application by Verizon Wireless to construct a telecommunications tower
at the site referenced above, and in compliance with the City of College Station's request,
Verizon Wireless does hereby certify that is has the intent and willingness to construct a
proposed tower structure of a design that would allow additional telecommunication service
providers to collocate onto said tower.
