November 2, 2005 RE: Autumn Chase Subdivision Final Plat Filing and Letter of Credit Dear Bob, My client, Dan Bensimon, has requested to post a letter of credit, per the subdivision regulations, for the completion of the infrastructure on the above referenced project. The letter of credit that he would like to post would be based upon the following: 1. The waterlines are complete, installed and are acceptable with the only exception being any punch list type items. 2. The sanitary sewer lines are complete, installed and are acceptable with the only exception being any punch list items. 3. The street curb, sidewalk, drainage inlet throats and street valley gutters are installed and are acceptable. 4. The base material on the street is installed and is acceptable. 5. The drainage is installed, and is acceptable.
