RE: Crescent Pointe Master Plan
We submitted Phase One ā 4.19 acres in April 2005, thus missing the Master Plan
deadline by one month.
During the two -year period between 2003 ā 2005, we have actively marketing the project
and conducting market evaluation to determine exactly where market effort should be placed.
It has taken longer than expected and has been considerable more difficult than
expected, but we currently have several quality prospects for phase one.
There are no changed conditions within the approved Master Plan. Please advise as to
the procedure and scheduling of re- approving the Master Plan.
