described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an "X" in Concrete Found for the southwest corner at the southwest corner of said
15.1481 acre tract, some being the intersection of the northeast right -of -way line of Marion Pugh Drive
with the northwest right -of -way line of Luther Street;
right -of -way;
THENCE, along said northeast right -of -way line of Marion Pugh Drive, the following courses:
I.) N 18 0 42'37" W, a distance of 994.95 feet to a 5/8" Iron Rod Found for angle point; and,

described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an "X" in Concrete Found for the southwest corner at the southwest corner of said
15.1481 acre tract, some being the intersection of the northeast right -of -way line of Marion Pugh Drive
with the northwest right -of -way line of Luther Street;
right -of -way;
THENCE, along said northeast right -of -way line of Marion Pugh Drive, the following courses:
I.) N 18 0 42'37" W, a distance of 994.95 feet to a 5/8" Iron Rod Found for angle point; and,
