SUBJECT: Final Plat for Fox Hollow (FP)
Item: Consideration, discussion, and possible action on a Final Plat for Fox
Hollow consisting of 2 lots on 6.588 acres of land located at the intersection of
Ball Circle and Pipeline Road in the City's ETJ. (03- 00500126)
Applicant: Martin Riley, Jr., agent for owner.
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat as
submitted.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of the Final Plat of 2 lots
consisting of 6.588 acres in the City's ETJ. The property is located on the corner
of Pipeline Road and Ball Circle, east of State Highway 6. Each lot meets the
minimum requirements for ETJ subdivision.
Comprehensive Plan Considerations: Pipeline Road is a Minor Collector on
the City's Thoroughfare Plan. Right -of -Way for both Pipeline Road and Ball
Circle is being dedicated to the County through this Final Plat.
