BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod set for corner having a Texas State Plane Coordinate Value of Y= 10,186,596.89(N), X= 3,571,399.15(E)
and being. North 79'29'18" West, a distance of 3,400.97 feet from Monument #137 referenced to said Coordinate System, also being
