SUBJECT: PRELIMINARY PLAT for GOLD SUBDIVISION — ETJ (PP)
Item: Discussion and possible action on a Preliminary Plat for Gold Subdivision
(PP), consisting of one lot and a reserve tract totaling 38.276 acres of land
located on Raymond Stotzer Parkway in the City's ETJ. (02- 00500264)
Applicant: Mark Golden, Owner of 1.5 acre lot.
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat as
submitted.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a preliminary plat of Lot 1,
Block 1 and a 36.89 acre reserve tract lot in the City's ETJ. The lot is located on
Raymond Stotzer Parkway, southwest of its intersection with State Highway 40.
The entire 38.276 acres are being preliminary platted to show the parent tract for
the 1.5 acre lot. This plat meets the minimum requirements for an ETJ
subdivision.
