Project: GRAHAM BUSINESS PARK (PP) - 02- 00500263
ENGINEERING
1. Due to number of lots per length of property frontage, show how you intend to provide water
and sewer service (private or public) and fire protection to each individual lot. Each lot will
not be allowed an individual tap from the line along Graham Road.
2. By defining the shared areas as "Common Area ", a private access easement is not
necessary.
3. How will storm water be handled?
4. Do you intend the entire Common Area to be a public utility easement? We normally only
require PUE along public utility lines.
5. Property is in Impact Fee Area 92 -01. Impact fees are due at time of building permit.
