The following note was added to the plat: "30' wide Natural area to be preserved per the requirements of the Conditional Use Permit (January 2, 2002). In response to ENGINEERING Staff Review Comments dated December 20, 2002: 1. No additional Easements have been added to the perimeter of the plat since 20' Utility Easements exist along the adjoining Residential areas. 2. A tax certificate for the 8 -acre tract has been included with this Submittal. Attached please find Two (2) copies of the revised final plat. The Mylar original will be submitted as soon as we have obtained the signatures. The copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette will be e- mailed to Nanette Manhart.
