Consent Agenda. 3.1 Approved the minutes for the Workshop Meeting held on November 14, 2002. 3.2 Approved the minutes for the Regular Meeting held on November 14, 2002. 3.3 Approved the Regular Agenda the Preliminary Plat for the Graham Corner Plaza located on State Highway 6 and Graham Road. (02 -243) 3.4 Moved to the Regular Agenda the Master Preliminary Plat for the Century Hill Development located at 1595 Sebesta Road and Earl Rudder Freeway. (02 -246) 3.5 Approved the Final Plat for the Simmons Addition, consisting of 3.12 acres located at 3435 Barron Cut -off Road. Please show 5.5 -acre, M -1 lot in the boundary of this plat. Show structure(s) on lot. A replat will need to be executed for this property. You may add a note stating this will be done when the adjacent property develops. 2. I do not see water to lot 1. Please show extension of water to this lot. Minimize dead -end lines. Show extension of water to Lots 10 and 11, as well. 3. Please show waterline along TxDOT ROW. This line may suffice for all lots along the ROW. Please realize that a 6" waterline line may not be sufficient for all intended uses. 4. In order to approve the detention pond, the waterline must maintain a 4 -ft cover after construction. Please verify that this is possible. 5. Please show extension of sewer lines across streets to Tots. 6. Please add note that existing driveway(s) will be removed. 7. Please add easements around lots for utilities. 8. You will need TxDOT permits for street and any work performed in TxDOT ROW. 9. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. 2. Developer provides 30' or # 4 rigid conduit for riser pole(s). 3. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per city specs and design. 4. Developer installs pull boxes as per city specs and design. (pull boxes provided by city.) 5. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000i version of plat and /or site plan. Email to rbolinci.college- station.tx. us. 6. Developer installs street lighting per city specs and design. 7. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes. 8. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines. (including street lighting.) 9. 20' Easement needed between lots 3 and 4 going to lot 2. 10.20' Easement needed between lots 6 and 7 going to lot 8. 11.20' Easement needed along backside of lots 7, 9, and 10. 12.20' Easement needed along backside of lot 13 and 14. 13.20' Easement needed along backside of lots 11 and 12.
