I cannot guarantee 100% that they will reach that height in one growing season.If the plants do not reach that height by Nov.15,2005,then we will replace them with taller,3' ht.shrubs..1 would like to change the quantity to 35 -40 plants instead of 53.There would still be plenty of points for the streetscape section of the landscaping.We would be reducing the points by 130- 180.And we would space the plants at 4' o.c vs.3' o.c. Let me know if this is a satisfactory solution. Thanks very much. The dumpster location has been shifted and coordinated with Pete Caler. LANDSCAPING: 2 -6. To be addressed by Landscape Architect ENGINEERING: 1. See Development Permit Response comment below. DEVELOPMENT PERMIT COMMENTS: 1. Exit Velocities As Designed: V100 (Pond #1) = 4.2fps V (Pond #2) = 5.9 fps Maximum allowable velocity is 6fps for natural channels. Two Copies of revised Drainage Report for Lots 18 -R and 19 -R (Signs Now Project) The following comments are in response to the 12/17/2002 Site Plan review comments: PLANNING: 1. Redtail Equipment shown in title block. 2. Driveway entrance will be as required. 3. Curb and pavement details are included. 4. Per the meeting between City Staff and Owner, the six bays will be allowed to count as part of the minimum parking requirements. 5. Per the meeting between City Staff and Owner, chain link fence will be used on the sides and solid screen across the rear. 6. See Note No. 4 on Replat. 7. Revisions shown on Plans 8. Know box entry provided. 9 -14. Are addressed with revised Landscape Plan ENGINEERING: 1. Upon approval of the revised prints of Replat, a mylar will be submitted. 2. Driveway to be completed. 3.
