A -O Agricultural Open upon annexation This property does not have a preliminary plat. This tract is currently developed as CSISD's Transportation Center. Parkland dedication is not required or proposed with this plat. Greenways are not required or proposed with this plat. Sidewalks are not required or proposed with this plat. Bicycle connectivity is not required or proposed with this plat. N/A Compliance with the Unified Development Ordinance: The Final Plat is in compliance with the Subdivision Requirements of the Unified Development Ordinance.
