Annexation: The front half of the property fronting William D Fitch was annexed
in October 1983 and the remained portion of the tract was
annexed in June 1995.
Zoning: A -O Agricultural Open upon annexation

Site Development: This tract is currently developed as CSISD's Transportation
Center.
