This memorandum is to address the City of College Station staffs comments on the above mentioned project as
received by Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc. on August 20, 2008. The following information has been included
in this submittal for your review.

Depending on the language in that easement dedication, we would prefer the proposed 20 -ft PUE to be adjacent to the
property line and overlap the 20 -ft easement.
We will be preserving existing trees and vegetation within the required 15" buffer yard on the east property
line. Therefore we have located the proposed water line outside of this area and adjusted the P.U.E. to
coincide with the proposed location.
